This article will explain how to validate reports.

VALIDATE REPORTS

Reports Validations allow users to set up a validation flow for their campaigns so that reports of the campaign are subject to validation by people in their organizations before the reports are available.

To do this, go on the campaigns list and click on the campaign with Reports Validation activated (on which you are a reviewer). Go to the "To Review" tab (as shown below)

You will see all reports waiting for review. Reports pending review are displayed in a table.

  • When you’ll have new reports to review, you will get an email at 9 am with the number of new reports to review.

To approve a report, you will have to click on the green button at the right of a report.

  • You can write a comment (optional)

  • You can bulk approve by selecting all reports

Click on “OK” and the report will be approved. Once approved, it goes to the next validation step for approval (if need be) or the report becomes Validated if it was the last validation step and moves to the "Reports" tab.

To reject a report, click on the red cross. When a report is sent for revision, the user who sent that report will need to revise it and send it again.
