With the new checklists module, we are improving our campaigns module and introducing new features that will make it easier to collect data from your field users. Here is a quick glance at what's new:

Easier checklist sharing

We have completely reimagined how you create checklists, here are a few new things:

  • You can now set your checklist name and description directly from the form builder.

  • You can easily choose to select all your users or stores.

  • You can define owners who will be able to edit your checklist settings.

• You get a quick recap of your sharing options before sharing your form.

Dynamic targeting

Targeting of users and stores can now be automatically updated:

  • When selecting users who will send responses, you can choose a combination of teams and users who will be able to send responses. If users are added or removed from those teams, the targeting will be updated consequentially.

  • When selecting stores where your users will be able to send responses, you can choose a combination of store groups and stores where your users will be able to send responses. If stores are added or removed from those store groups, the store coverage will be updated consequentially.

Campaign objectives

Campaign objectives will give you the ability to set an expected number of responses per user or per store for your campaign. For example, on your merchandising validation campaign, you can expect one response per store to make sure that each store's merchandising has been checked.
