1. Click on New checklist on the checklist list

Reminder: There is no limit to the number of checklists you can create.

2. Add your checklist information at the top:

  • The checklist name

  • A checklist description (optional)

  • A document (optional)

  • A campaign picture (optional)

3. Create your form using the right panel

You can drag and drop questions, add sections and subsections and rearrange the order of the various elements.

Reminder: There is no limit to the number of questions in a checklist. However, the analysis of the results and the loading of the answers can take more time if the number of questions is very high.

4. Once you're satisfied with your form, click on Save.

That's it, you've create your checklist!
