To access the settings of a checklist, simply click on the Settings button from the sharing options panel.

N.B.: You can also access the setting from the Overview page of a checklist.

The Settings panel offers the ability to define the settings of your checklist as detailed below.

Notifications

You can activate/deactivate notifications based on your needs. For example, if you want all your analysts to receive PDF copies of responses, you can activate the option "PDFs of responses for analysts".

Response Edition

Enable this option if you want users to be able to edit the responses they have access to.

Tag Management

This feature was known as "Status Management" on the legacy campaigns. It allows you to define tags that help your users mark the responses they send to facilitate their analysis.

Email responses history

This feature allows to define one or more users who will receive copies of all responses sent and edited on the checklist. It provides a way to have a full history of responses on a checklist. It is recommended to only use this feature when you need to have a history of all the responses. When you just need analysts to receive copies of sent responses, please activate the option "PDFs of responses for analysts" under Notifications.

Translations

This feature allows you to translate your checklist so that it can appear in a relevant language for your mobile users.
